Five Friday Challenges

Happy Friday, everyone! 

Really should have gotten myself an unlimited Metrocard this week, considering how much I was running around. I got myself a tiny taste of what it's going to be like juggling full-time work with training, teaching trainers, studying for my nutrition certification, blogging, freelance writing/photography, and training myself for my SFG (StrongFirst Kettlebell) certification... and let me tell you, I was exhausted- so exhausted that I fell asleep on my hardwood floor while studying on Wednesday night... Baby Milo the Corgi knows how I feel:

Needless to say, I think we all could use a feel-good challenge after this long week. Choose 1, choose 3, choose 5- whatever speaks to you, give that a try this weekend:

1. Practice the act of Being Grateful

2. Practice the act of Being Present

3. Allow yourself to be vulnerable by Showing You Care

4. Choose your bits of Happiness Everyday

5. Let yourself not get swept up in Beauty Battles
